I encountered a significant issue upon arrival. There was no staff present, and the bar area was completely unattended. The phone was ringing, yet no one came to help. It felt like being in a horror movie without any service! I just wanted to check in and feel welcomed, but it was a disaster.

the air conditioning in room 107 was incredibly loud (like a mac truck! ), but the staff were polite and helpful. the room was clean enough, and the bed was comfy. the location was handy for us and had lots of walking space for our dogs.
